The service was very courteous. The facilities are above par. Don't be fooled by the appearance of the vets (they are all young, well, at least younger than me), they are well qualified and experienced.

The service is super easy to use. Once I filled out the form I was attended by Dr. Blanco and after several questions he explained his possible diagnosis to Lúa (our dog). They were very empathetic and answered all questions. A Sunday service at 9pm is very rare to get, and through AskRealVet I was able to clarify my doubts about the emergency with Lua. Thank you for everything. 100% recommended.

Positive: Quality, Reliability, Price, Professionalism. The doctor is excellent and her staff is very professional and empathetic. They explain everything about your pet and what they are going to do and why they are going to do it. They create a plan with you to improve your pet's health. Lots of parking and they were quick when it was my appointment.
